The Code and the Large Project

This full day seminar, held at your location, was developed for project managers, superintendants and engineers who oversee construction of large, mixed use buildings. While including a brief overview of the International Building Code, inspection protocol and etiquette are discussed as well as common deficiencies which delay completion and increase costs. A current copy of The IBC is recommended for attendees and can be supplied by MCC.

Overview of the International Building Code

Another full day seminar at your location provides an in depth review of The International Building Code as it relates to on site construction management. Helps on-site personnel to be proactive in considering codes when scheduling trades and being able to recognize when errors or ommissions have been made in the design process. Current copy of the IBC is recommended for all participants.
